Many of the photographs on this site are generously provided by dear and honored colleagues. Please respect their rights as we do!

All prices mentioned on this site do not include any costs for payment, handling or shipment.

We do ship worldwide . Shipment is taken care of by PostNL (Dutch). Contact us for the exact shipping costs for your country . Shipment is the risk of the buyer. Upgrading for shipping is possible, so please let us know if you need tracked shipping. There will be additional costs for tracked shipment. Extra costs will be included in our offer.

All prices mentioned on this site are excl taxes (VAT). Deliveries within the Netherlands and EU will have an additional 21% VAT. Inside the EU (not NL) VAT registered companies are taxed with 0%. So please include your VAT number to your order if applicable. Outside the EU no taxes are charged.

All orders are being paid via PayPal.  For orders within The Netherlands iDeal/giro also can be used.

Invoices are only sent by e-mail.

As soon as the production of your order is about to start we will send you a request for payment. Orders will only be shipped after receiving payment.

All products are meant to be used as props by adults. Never use them as a toy or leave a child unattended with a stuffy.

Products are made of various materials (angora yarn will never be used). We don't guarantee the washability.

Colors may vary because of the characteristics of your display.

Colors between products may vary due to different raw materials.

No two stuffies are exactly the same since all are handmade.
